In the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The distance is about 260 Kms (05 hrs) from Nairobi. The Keekorok airstrip, 10 minutes from the serviced by daily scheduled flights in the mornings from Nairobi, Nanyuki, Samburu and afternoons from Nairobi.

Climate

Altitude of 5,450 feet above sea level. Warm days and cool nights. There are two rainy seasons, short rains in November and December and long rains in March, April and May.
